How Secure Are My Possessions?

We offer 24hr CCTV monitoring at our facility and surrounding areas of the building. Our facility is also manned when in operation by our vigilant warehouse team. The building is alarmed to add further peace of mind and you secure your container yourself.

How Much Cheaper Are You Than Self Storage?

We are approximately 40% cheaper than most self storage facilities. Our prices for storage are comparable to a promotional rate offered by self storage providers.

Can I Access My Container?

Sadly no, we do not allow access to your storage.

How Much Discount Can I Get If I Need Storage Long Term?

If you need storage for 6 months or more, we will give you a 10% discount when pre-payment is made. Needing storage for longer than 1 year, give us a call.

When Are You Open?

We are open 6 days per week from 8:00 - 18:00. We are closed on Sunday's and Bank Holidays.

How Much Are Your Packing Materials?

Are Your Facilities Temperature Controlled?

No. Our facilities are kept at ambient temperatures all year round.

Are There Any Hidden Costs?

No. We take a one off deposit of £15.00 per container which we refund when you vacate.

Do You Insure Our Goods?

We will cover theft, flooding or destruction to an entire container free of charge (up to the value £2500). We do not offer insurance on individual items.

What Items Do You Dispose Of?

We dispose of flat packed cardboard or plastics for a small one off fee (based on volume). We will consider donations of small furniture in good condition to donate to charity. However we exclude sofas, mattresses, white goods, gas canisters, metal, glass or electrical items. If you do wish to dispose of such items, please contact your loyal recycling centre.
